How can my receiver pick up a money transfer in a Western Union agent location?

Your receiver can pick up the money at any Western Union agent location. They'll need to provide the following information:

The tracking number (MTCN)
Their valid ID card, driver’s license or passport.
The sender's full name
The sending country
The approximate amount that was sent
