Anyone who meets the following requirements can register with Western Union and use the international money transfer service.

• Must have a valid Kuwait Civil ID.
• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of application.
• Must accept our Western Union Terms and Conditions.
• Must have a valid email address.
• Must have a valid Kuwait-issued debit card and reside in Kuwait.
