You can pick up the money at any Western Union agent location. You'll need to provide the following information:

• Your sender's full name
• The country where the money was sent from.
• The approximate amount that was sent.
• The tracking number - (MTCN - Money Transfer Control Number)
• Acceptable ID documents are also required
