How to enable Biometric Authentication?
To enable log in to the WU+ app with biometrics (fingerprint or face ID), please first make sure you have successfully configured biometrics on your Android or iOS device. Next, log in to the WU+ app, go to Profile and enable login with biometrics.
How to change my e-mail, phone number, address, or other personal data?
Open the WU+ app, go to Profile and select "Personal details" and then select each detail you want to change by tapping the "Pencil" icon. It’s important to keep your personal data up to date as they can be used to authenticate actions in your account.
How to reset my app passcode?
Log in to the WU+ app, go to your Profile, under Security select the option to reset your passcode. Follow the instructions on the screen.

How to Log In on a new device or other than my main authentication device?
