How to send money to WU+ user?
The easiest and fastest way to send money to another WU+ customer is to add them as a contact. You can do that in the following ways:
1) Via a mobile phone number.
Login to the WU+ app and go to the Send money dashboard. You can import a contact from your phone or enter the mobile phone number manually by selecting "Add new contact." You would receive confirmation if the number matched a WU+ customer. If the provided number does not match an existing WU+ customer, please click here for additional information.
2) Via a QR code.
To view the QR code, the receiver needs to log in to the WU+ app, go to their profile and allow you to scan their QR code. To scan the QR code, the sender needs to log in to the WU+ app, go to the Send money dashboard and choose to add a new receiver by using a QR code.
After you have added a contact select the currency you want to send, please choose the amount you want to send and the account from which you want to send them money, and confirm the transaction. After confirmation, it should take just a couple of minutes for the money to arrive in the account of the receiver.

Why can't I see other WU+ customers
Please make sure you and the WU+ customer you are trying to find, have enabled profile visibility. If profile visibility is not enabled you are not able to search for other WU+ customers or be searched by other WU+ customers. To manage you profile visibility settings log in to the WU+ app, go to your Profile and scroll down to the Profile Visibility section.
How to send money to a bank account?
Log in to the WU+ app and make sure you have at least the amount you want to send in your account. If you do not have enough money, please use one of the available add money options (more on the available options here). If you are a Premium member you can move money from your saving accounts or multicurrency accounts to the account you want to send money to.
To send a bank transfer you need to first select an existing person from your WU+ app contacts or add a new one. Once you have selected your contact you may select an existing bank transfer or create a new one. To create a new bank transfer payout method just follow the instructions on the screen. Note, you will need to know your receiver’s bank name, bank code and bank account number.
Availability and delivery timelines are dependent on the receiver's country but money is generally available within 1 or 2 days. Money may be deposited on the same day or up to 3 business days, depending on when and where it's sent. To verify the deposit, ask your receiver to contact their bank or check their bank statement.

How to withdraw cash from my account at a Western Union Agent Location
You can withdraw cash from your WU+ account via the following steps.
1) Initiate the withdrawal
Log in to the WU+ app, select your primary account and choose to withdraw money from the account. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the transaction. The confirmation screen will provide a tracking number (MTCN), please note it and bring it with you to the Western Union Agent Location. Important: After you confirm the cash withdrawal, money will be booked out of your account and reserved for you to pick up in cash.
2) Visit one of the below Western Union Agent Locations to pick up your cash
Bring a government-issued ID and the tracking number (you can find your tracking number in the WU+ app, go to notifications and choose pending transactions). At the agent location, share the tracking number and your government-issued ID with the agent and inform them you would like to pick up your money in cash.
