When should I expect my card to be delivered?
We ask you to select a Shipping method when you order your physical card. You can track the status of your order in the WU+ app . We provide you with the date when the card was shipped and estimated delivery date for Standard delivery. For expedited delivery, you can directly track the status via the courier.
Depending on the shipping method you have selected your delivery date will vary. For Standard delivery we try to ship your card as soon as possible and estimate several business days (3-5) for you to receive it after it is shipped. In the WU+ app you can follow the order, personalization and dispatch of your card. This way you will know approximately when to expect it. Please note that we can't guarantee the exact delivery date. We do, however give you the option to select expedited delivery options. It means choosing Express (approx 2 business days) or Next day delivery. It is done via selected couriers and you can track your card order directly with the courier company. Follow the Track my Card in the WU+ app. For your convenience, you will also receive an SMS informing you that your card has been shipped.

What is the tracking number of my card delivery?
If you have selected Standard delivery, we will estimate the delivery date for you and you can track the card order process until we dispatch your card. Usually, it takes several business days for you to receive it once it has been shipped. Please note that we can't guarantee the exact date of delivery. If you have opted for one of the expedited delivery options, you can track the order directly via the courier service. You will receive an SMS to the phone number we have on file for you. Please make sure this is always up to date.

What if my card is expired?
Your card is valid for three years after it is issued. You will receive a notification from us about a month before it expires in order to receive a renewal.

How can I request a new card?
If you need to order a brand new physical card please use the "Get a physical card" option under the Debit card tab. You can also contact Customer Support to report any issues with your card or to request a new one.

May I order a second/additional card?
You are allowed only one active card for your WU+ account. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, please use the "Report a problem" option within the Debit card tab to report your issue. You can also contact Customer Support to report any issues with your card or to request a new one.
