• Must have a valid phone number.
• Must have a bank account in Togo, a valid debit, credit or pre-paid card issued by any bank in one of the following countries (Togo, Benin, Bissau Guinea, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger and Senegal), or a prepaid card issued by Orabank in one of the following countries (Togo, Benin, Bissau Guinea, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger and Senegal).
