If you're a first time user of WU.com, you'll need to create a profile. If you're a first time user of the mobile app, download the app first, then create a profile.
- Click Send Money and select the destination.
- Enter the send amount and currency.
- Choose Bank account as the payment option.
Note: Bank account as a payment option is unavailable when sending money in person, by phone, or if sending to a mobile wallet.
