You can pick up the money at any Western Union agent location. You'll need to provide the following information:
- Your name and address.
- Your sender's full name.
- The country where the money was sent from.
- The exact amount that was sent.
- The tracking number (MTCN – Money Transfer Control Number)
Acceptable IDs are also required.
