Yes you can, if you sent money through an agent in the past, your data was stored. Once you create an online profile you can choose the option “Based on previous in-store records” in the ID verification page. Verification may take a few minutes.
If you need to send money right away, then the video chat option will help you get your identification done in minutes. If your ID is successfully verified, you will be able to send money online right away.
