You can pick up your money at any Western Union agent location. You’ll need to provide the following information:
- Your name
- The tracking number (MTCN)
- Amount expected
- Sender’s full name
- Country the money came from
- A valid ID
There is no option to receive money directly to a bank account in Ivory Coast at the moment. Some restrictions may apply.
