1. Cash pick up at an agent location

You can pick up your money at any Western Union agent location in Georgia.

You’ll need to provide the following information:

• Your full name
• The tracking number ( MTCN – Money Transfer Control Number).
• The exact amount expected.
• Your sender’s full name.
• The country the money came from.
• A valid government-issued ID.

2. Direct to Bank

The money is sent to the receiver’s bank account you provided when you sent the money transfer.
