You can pick up the money at any Western Union agent location. (link to Find locations) You’ll need to provide the following information:

• The sender’s full name.
• The country where the money was sent from.
• The amount that was sent.
• The tracking number ( MTCN – Money Transfer Control Number).
• Acceptable IDs are also required (link to “What documents can I use to pick up money in Kazakhstan?”)
