When you sign up for the Western Union digital wallet, you’ll automatically get a virtual Western Union Visa card.

To request your physical card, follow the next steps:

1. Go to the Western Union app or website.
2. Log into your account.
3. Go to Cards  and select Request a physical card.
4. Select Get a physical card – 25,00 BRL.
5. Confirm your delivery address.
6. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile and confirm your identity.
7. Enter your wallet PIN code to order the card.

The card will be delivered to you within 15 days. If you’re unable to place the request online, contact Customer Care.
