You’ll need your receiver’s Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) or Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ) and bank account details to send money without a Pix key.

1. Go to Western Union app or website.
2. Log into your account.
3. Select Send and choose Domestic transfer.
4. Choose Pix from Quick actions.
5. Select Pix transfer.
6. Choose a receiver from your contacts and select Continue.
7. Select Add new delivery method.
8. Under Pix key drop down, choose Bank account.
9. Enter your receiver’s details and select Save details.
10. Review and confirm your transfer details, then select Send.
11. Enter your wallet PIN code and select Confirm to complete the transfer.
