To receive money using Pix, follow these steps:
- Go to the Western Union app or website.
- Log into your account.
- Choose Pix from Quick actions.
- Select Receive Pix.
- If you don’t have a Pix key, Register or Generate a random QR code for one-time use.
- Review and confirm transfer details, then select Create QR code.
- Share the QR code or Copy Pix link with your sender.
