A payment may not be successfully delivered if the inmate is no longer at the facility, per the daily refreshed correctional facility roster. A payment may also not be successfully delivered if the inmate name or ID number is incorrect.
Please remember, funds deposited into an unintended inmate account will not be returned. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure funds are sent to the correct inmate. If the inmate information is incorrect, your transaction might be rejected, or the funds may be deposited into the wrong inmate account.
