You can pick up the money at any Western Union agent location. You'll need to provide the following information:

• Name
• The tracking number - (MTCN - Money Transfer Control Number)
• Amount expected
• Sender's full name
• Sender's country where money was sent from
• Acceptable ID documents are also required
