To set a PIN, log into your Western Union Prepaid Visa card profile and select your prepaid card from the dashboard. You will see a blue box prompting you to set a PIN. Select Create PIN and follow the instructions.

To reset your PIN:

• Log into your Western Union Prepaid Visa card account.
• Select the card from the dashboard.
• Go to Security Settings of your card. 
• Select Change PIN and follow the instructions.
