For cards obtained at an agent location, there is a fee of 2.95 USD for the card package. To reload your card, there is a flat fee of 1.95 USD. A per transaction fee of 0.50 USD is applicable for all signature and PIN purchases.

Reload fees may be waived off for certain load types like adding funds from a tracking number (MTCN) to your card account. For a full list of fees, please see Terms & Conditions.
