You can pick up your money at any Western Union agent location. You’ll need to provide the following information:

• Your name.
• The tracking number (MTCN – Tracking number).
• Amount expected.
• Sender’s full name.
• Country the money came from.
• A valid ID (national ID card for Saudi residents and resident ID for other nationalities)
