If you registered with us using your email address, your user ID is your email address. If you registered with your mobile number, your user ID is your mobile number.
If you forgot your password:
- Select Forgot password from the login page.
- Enter your Bahrain national ID number or registered mobile number.
- Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number or email address, depending on your user ID.
- Enter your new password.
