You can request a money order refund only if your money order hasn’t been cashed. To check the status of your money order, please call 1-800-999-9660 before requesting a refund.  Money order refunds by check are processed within 2 business days following the approval of  your refund request, but may take up to 15 additional business days to be delivered to you by mail. 

To request a refund, follow the steps below: 

1. Open the Money Order Refund Request form.
2. Enter the details and attach your receipt.
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and select Submit.

       The following refund processing fees will apply: 

• 0 USD for money orders smaller than 50 USD.
• 5 USD for money orders between 50.01 USD and 99.99USD.
• 15 USD for money orders 100.00 USD and above.
• A non-refundable research request fee of 15.00 USD will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
